What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Semi-formal. No denim and no shorts, please! Cocktail dresses, gowns, suits, and tuxes are all welcome!

Are kids invited to your wedding?
Answer
Luke and Katie love spending time with your little ones. If they’re included on your invitation and you’re able to bring them with you for the trip to North Carolina, we’d love to have them!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at 4PM. Music will be starting at 4PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
As much as we’d love to include everyone, please check your invitation. If your plus one is listed on the invitation, they are more than welcome. If they aren’t listed, please refrain from bringing them.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know what your food allergies/preferences are so we can accommodate you. We want you to enjoy yourself at our wedding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue! Please be mindful that there are not a lot of Ubers/Lyfts/taxis in the area as this is a rural, coastal area of North Carolina. Please be responsible and find a designated driver. We want you to be safe! The hotel with the wedding room block is about 20 minutes from the venue.

Answer
Yes! We have a room block at at several hotels in the Southport, North Carolina area! Please review the Travel and Stay section of our website for more information.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
As much as we would love to transport everyone, we do not have a shuttle service. Please be mindful that there are not a lot of Ubers/Lyfts/taxis in the area as this is a rural, coastal area of North Carolina. Please be responsible and find a designated driver. We want you to be safe! The hotel with the wedding room block is about 20 minutes from the venue.

Should I extend my stay in Southport, NC after the wedding?
Answer
YES! Southport and the surrounding area have so much to offer. We definitely recommend extending your stay so you can enjoy the area. There is so much to do here! Staying local? Hit the beach, shop in downtown Southport, take the ferry to Bald Head Island and rent a golf cart for the day! Interested in exploring a nearby city? Head an hour south to visit Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! Some of our faves include Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing which both have tons of restaurants and entertainment. We love Margaritaville! Or, head north for 30 minutes to Wilmington! Visit the riverwalk which has tons of restaurants. Check out Front Street Brewery for some good eats and beer or The Copper Penny which was featured on The Food Network!
