Travel Tips from the Locals
We recommend our out-of-town guests stay in Denton, Frisco, or Plano since they are the closest bigger towns near the venue. There is plenty of shopping, food options, and activities in these areas. Some guests are choosing to stay in the downtown Dallas/ Fort Worth areas, but know that this will be a longer commute to this venue. Please note that our wedding venue is a bit rural to where no Ubers/Lyfts will be available at the end of the night. We are currently trying to organize room blocks and transportation for guests staying in Denton (more information will be provided as the wedding gets closer). The Embassy Suites is a great hotel that is not far from the venue. There is a great restaurant, Houlihan’s, inside. It is located in Denton with great entertainment and food options right outside of it, like Andy B’s and Alamo Drafthouse. It is also less than 10 minutes from the Historic Downtown Denton Square. The Best Western Premier is another great option in Denton and is in a great location. Right on the other side of 35E from Buc-ees (the BEST late-night snack run,/ all in one stop around). Distance from Venue: 35 miles

Very nice resort in Friso that is right on the golf course at the newly built PGA Headquarters, has four on-site pools, an adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a spa center, and 13 dining destinations. This resort is about 45 minutes from the venue and about 15 minutes to downtown Frisco. Distance from Venue: 31.3 miles
