Wedding Weekend Welcome

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Dress country! Bring out that inner cowboy/cowgirl!

Getting married in Texas means having the Wedding Weekend Welcome at the rodeo & honky tonk!! Yee Haw! Anyone who is available is welcome to join us! If you have not been to the Fort Worth Stockyards before, it is a super fun strip of BBQ/ TexMex restaurants, saloons, cowboy shops, a huge rodeo coliseum, and the famous daily long horn cattle drives! The rough schedule will be: ~ 3:30 pm: Arrive to watch the 4 pm cattle drive ~ 4:15- 7 pm : Shop around and eat dinner (everyone on their own for food) ~ 7:30 pm: Attend the world famous rodeo (tickets are around $10-$15) ~ After rodeo: Walk over to the famous Billy Bob's Honky Tonk & Line Dancing Bar (free admission if you purchased a rodeo ticket). *Everyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult* Feel free to come and go as you choose! Wedding Day!!

4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, pastels, and suits in lighter hues. And we're getting married in Texas, y'all- so don't be scared to add some country flare, if that's your fancy!

Both the ceremony and the reception will be at the French Farmhouse Venue. Please arrive no later than 4:15 pm, since the ceremony will most likely start right on time. The ceremony and reception will be indoors while the cocktail hour will be mainly outside. Complimentary appetizers, dinner, dessert, and drinks will be served. Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions.
