Engagement Story: Alexis' requests for the proposal were to have family present and pretty scenery. For their college graduation weekend, Chad rented an Airbnb in Glenwood, AR, and coordinated both families to come in early Thursday to prepare. It was a beautiful farmhouse on 200 acres of rolling green hills that had a small lake, a beautiful view of the Ozarks, and most importantly- a bunch of cows!! (Alexis' favorite animal). Chad told Alexis he wanted to take her on a nice date to a new Italian restaurant before our families came in for graduation. While driving to the "restaurant", Chad claimed to know a guy who owned a cattle ranch near the restaurant and mentioned they could stop by to see his cows. After pulling onto the property (the Airbnb), Chad took Alexis on a walk to see the cows. He let Alexis walk ahead and then dropped to one knee. Family and friends were hiding behind nearby trees and came out to celebrate after she said "Yes!". Best engagement ever!
