The dress code for our wedding is formal. For women, this means long dresses, jumpsuits, midis, etc. For men, this means a formal suit and tie, or a tux.
Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors (with the exception of the rain plan). The ceremony will be by the water on grass (ladies, FYI for the heels) followed by a tented reception. Although there is a tent overhead, if the weather is nice, the tent will be open to the air. If it rains, both the ceremony and reception will be done under the tent, and the tent will be enclosed if the rain is severe!
While we love your little ones and four-leggeds, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
There is ample parking at the venue that can be used if guests decide to drive. The vehicle can be kept on the property until the end of the scheduled events.
We have a shuttle service that will be running between the Hyatt Place Kent Narrows hotel and the venue before the ceremony. We will also have those same shuttles pick up from the reception at the end of the evening. The shuttles will run on intervals throughout the evening, beginning at 9:00pm through 1:00am, when the afterparty ends. Please refer to your welcome bag for a full list of shuttle times. You are also welcome to drive yourself or call an Uber/Lyft - both are readily available on Annapolis/Kent Island!
We can accommodate special diets at our venue. Please indicate on your RSVP whether you will be requesting a special diet order, and we will be sure to provide it on the day!
Unfortunately, we have limited space at the venue, so we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only, and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one if not indicated on the RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!
