PHX Airport

The drive from Phoenix to Sedona is just under two hours without traffic. Sedona traffic is BAD on Fridays. I recommend coming in on Thursday if it's an option for you or earlier on Friday. Renting a car with a group is definitely the most convenient option. I'll also have family members driving some of you guys up from PHX so let me know if you want me to connect you to someone ahead of time.

Flight

Flagstaff Pulliam Airport

Small airport and not cost effective but you can get a connecting flight from PHX to Flagstaff to skip the traffic on the weekends.

This is where Gabi's Mom and Dad were married in 1993! It's a high-end hotel on the creek and it's about a 5 minute drive to the house depending on the traffic. One of our favorite places to get a drink in Sedona as well!

Moderately-priced and it's literally up the street from the house! Completely walkable to the wedding and bbq. Rental Car

Uber & Lyft are almost non-existent in Sedona

I recommend car pooling with a group and getting a rental car or taking a shuttle and staying at The Arabella where all events are walkable. My family will also be around to help out with pick ups!

Airbnb

So many amazing Airbnbs in Sedona. Great for our New York friends to all split a house! Keep in mind: Sedona is BUSY in October so all decent Airbnbs need to be booked early. Like early early. I've linked some options below. You should be able to find Copper Cliffs Dr. or Tlaquepaque on the map. The closer you stay to there, the less traffic you will deal with all weekend.
