Is there a dress code?

Dress to Impress! We want to see our favorite people in their finest! We’re leaning into an elevated, bold, and colorful vibe to match the July heat. Please join us in formal attire—think vibrant mid to floor-length gowns and sharp suits. Don’t be afraid to have fun with color and make a statement!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and wanting to keep our marriage as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 5:30pm. Our venue is located in downtown Kansas City and traffic can be heavy at times. This will give you plenty of time to find parking, make your way to the 15th floor and find your seat before the ceremony. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 6 o'clock pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the moment for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

What if there are no rooms left in the room block?

Answer

Unfortunately, there are limited rooms in our room block, and we cannot guarantee everyone a room. If there are no longer rooms available at the discounted rate, you are welcome to book at the standard rate with Hotel Kansas City. There are many options just a short walk away.
