Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses and button down shirts with slacks (jackets optional).
Please join us the evening before the wedding for a relaxed welcome gathering! We’ll meet in the hotel lobby for drinks and a chance to greet, mingle, and kick off the celebrations together. Drinks will be available for purchase. As an added reason to celebrate, it also happens to be the bride’s birthday — so we would love for you to help us toast to both the weekend and the birthday girl!

Ceremony

Formal Attire: Wear floor-length dresses and suits with neckties or bowties.
Our ceremony will take place on the 15th floor of the hotel, overlooking the Kansas City skyline. Guests are invited to begin arriving at 5:30 PM, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 6:00 PM on the outdoor balcony. After we say “I do,” we’ll transition directly into cocktail hour as we continue the celebration together.
Reception
7:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Following cocktail hour, we’ll move into the reception where the celebration truly begins. Guests will enjoy a plated dinner, flowing drinks, and an evening of dancing led by our DJ. We can’t wait to share a joyful night filled with music, laughter, and unforgettable moments together.
The After Party

After the reception, the celebration continues at Nighthawk, the hotel’s intimate speakeasy located just downstairs. Join us for an after-party to enjoy more drinks, music, and time together as we close out the night. Nighthawk is open to the public, so space will be shared beyond our wedding guests. Drinks will be available for purchase, and we’d love for you to stop by and toast to a perfect ending to the evening.
