Hotel
For those looking for a place to stay, we'd love for you to join us at the Lingfield Park Hotel & Country Club which is conveniently located not far from the Barn at Botley Hill. A coach will return those guests staying to the hotel at carriages. We were due to agree a guest rate with the hotel however have noted that the most cost efficient Bed & Breakfast rate (currently) is on the hotel's website and is labelled "Member Rate Prepay Refundable with Breakfast". We would therefore recommend that this rate is booked. We would strongly advise booking as early as possible as the hotel and surrounding area is very busy due to the Bank Holiday weekend and a number of local weddings, so there is limited supply. The room rate above is cancellable should you wish to book and have flexibility to change, if needs be. If you do wish to stay and have any trouble booking, please do reach out to us as we are in communication with the hotel's Guest Reservation team.
Hotel
The Barn at Botley Hill is not just home to a beautiful wedding venue, but also provides a few Shepherds Huts for evening accommodation for wedding guests. Depending on popularity, a few may be available if you wish to stay in one of these. Each sleeps two people in a comfortable full-size bed and come equipped with a power shower and toilet. Tea, coffee and milk, toiletries; bedding, towels and wood and firelighters are included (as each come with their own outdoor seating area and small fire pit). Flight
The most convenient airport for the wedding is London Gatwick. A number of airlines service London Gatwick and at the time of writing there are a number of flights available on the Friday and Saturday morning to allow you to arrive in time for the wedding. The Lingfield Park Hotel & Country Club is located around a 20 minute taxi or Uber from London Gatwick. If London Gatwick is not suitable, the second most convenient airport would be London City followed by a train ride down into Surrey.

Train
For those travelling from London or local areas by train, the nearest stations are Woldingham and Oxted. Direct services run from both London Victoria and London Bridge. The approximate journey time from London to Oxted is around 40 minutes and to Woldingham around 50 minutes. The Barn at Botley Hill is under a 10 minute drive from both stations. Due to the wedding being held on a Bank Holiday we recommend that you check the train times in advance.
