Mountain Springs Lodge
We have rented out all onsite lodging for the wedding weekend that will house about half of our guests for Friday and Saturday night. These folks have been notified that they have onsite lodging reserved for them. Rooms will be assigned upon arrival to Mountain Springs Lodge on Friday, March 1st. While we would love for everyone to stay with us on the property, there is limited availability for the lodges. For guests not staying with us onsite, there are plenty of airbnbs as well as nearby hotels we've recommended on this page, below.

AirBNB
There are a handful of AirBNBs available for rent in the town of Plain, WA that are less than 1 mile from the venue. The roads may be covered in snow/ ice so for our guests that aren't staying onsite, we recommend booking a place in the town of Plain.

Beaver Valley Lodge
This is the closest hotel to the venue, less than a mile down the road from Mountain Springs Lodge. Please book a room at this venue if you will not be staying onsite but will be celebrating the weekend with some wine, beer, and champagne toasts or just don't want to deal with potentially snow covered roads in the dark.

Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort
For our offsite guests that are okay driving in the snow and will not be drinking, we welcome you to book a night or two at Sleeping Lady. This is one of our favorite hotels in the Leavenworth area. Please note, this is a 35 minute drive from the venue, (25.8 miles).

LOGE Leavenworth Downtown
For our offsite guests that are okay driving in the snow that will not be drinking during the reception and are looking for a budget-friendly option, we welcome you to book a night or two at LOGE. We stayed here for a weekend when planning our wedding and enjoyed the on-site bar and walkability of downtown Leavenworth. They have 2 locations (downtown and riverside). Please note, this is a 30 minute drive from the venue, (24 miles).
Train
Amtrak
If you prefer not to drive you can take an Amtrak train from either Seattle or Spokane. The train from Seattle to Leavenworth comes all the way from Chicago so it can be a bit delayed. You can check the schedule and purchase tickets on the Amtrak website or by calling 1.800.872.7245. You will arrive at the Icicle train station which is about 2 miles to the downtown area of Leavenworth and 14 miles from the venue so you’ll also want to arrange for a taxi upon your arrival.

Travel by Bus: Greyhound
You can also reach Leavenworth by bus. Greyhound runs a daily bus service from Seattle or Spokane. You will arrive at the Greyhound stop which is about 1 mile to the downtown area of Leavenworth and 15 miles from the venue so you’ll also want to arrange for a taxi upon your arrival.

Travel by Bus: Wenatchee Valley Charters
For guests traveling from SeaTac airport, you can reach Leavenworth via Wenatchee Valley Charter Bus. Please check their website for travel schedules. You will arrive at the Big Y Peshastin Park and Ride which is about 5 miles to the downtown area of Leavenworth and 20 miles from the venue so you’ll also want to arrange for a taxi upon your arrival.
