It's the night before the big day! After you settle into your cabins and rooms, please join us for casual drinks and sweet treats in the Ponderosa lodge. Please note: Due to venue restrictions we cannot accommodate children for any of the weekend's events.

Ceremony

Semi-Formal attire is requested. Bring a warm coat, we'll be outside. We also recommend wearing shoes that will allow you to walk through a bit of snow, warm hats, gloves, scarves, etc.
The days events will begin with a beautiful yet brief outdoor ceremony joining Tessa and Kaleb. The Ceremony will take place outside in the meadow of the Ponderosa Cabin - weather permitting. Blankets and hand-warmers will be available to keep our guests warm and comfortable. We expect the weather to be chilly with snow on the ground but are praying for sunshine to warm the air.
Cocktail Hour & Reception: Eat, Drink, We're married!

Directly after the ceremony, guests will be invited to move inside the Beaver Creek Lodge to warm up during cocktail hour or can continue to brave the snow and cuddle up around the fire pits for an outdoor cocktail hour; the choice is yours! Following cocktail hour, we will all gather in the Beaver Creek Lodge to enjoy the reception: a meal, some drinks, dancing, and all-around celebration because after 9 years of love, Tessa & Kaleb are finally married!
After Party

The reception may end at 9, but the celebration continues next door. Meet us in the Ponderosa lodge for the after-party! Expect apres-ski vibes with a few surprises and of course, more food and more drinks because that's how we like to celebrate!

Sunday Brunch

Join us in the Ponderosa Lodge Dining area for a grab and go style breakfast before checking out of your cabin at 11am and heading up to Stevens Pass for an afternoon of skiing.

Come dressed in your Sunday best as we take over the mountain in our suits and dresses.
Join us for our final celebration with a few laps in our favorite place. Everyone is invited to this event: if you don't ski, consider taking a lesson, or just show up and hang out in the beautiful timber lodge at the base of the mountain. Please let us know in advance if you can make it and plan on skiing so we can send you a discount for your lift ticket!
