FAQs

Due to pestilence, we've got to postpone the wedding. See Home page for more information.
Question

What about the coronavirus?

Answer

May 5: We've got to hit pause on things as planned and apologize for any convenience to those that have made plans. See the home page for more info. xx The virus is not on the invite list. As of April 1, we recommend two things: 1. Take advantage of dirt-cheap flights to Salt Lake City and either take a credit or get refunded if we have to change the plan. 2. Sit tight until the end of April. Everything is in place, so if it's safe and we can move forward, that's our plan as of now. Get in touch with us if you have any questions, concerns or ideas. And check this page for information as it becomes available.

Question

What in tarnation is 'Mountain Formal' attire?

Answer

Look, we're not going to tell you what to wear. But we'll give you some guidance. This won't be a black tie wedding. June in Midway can mean wind and rain or it can mean 90 degrees and sun, so check the forecast closer to June 20. What we can say is the ceremony (as long as it's not raining) will be in the grass, and the deck/patio at the venue has wide enough gaps that a stiletto heel might get caught (or fall through). There may be suits. There may be dresses. There may be neckties, bolo ties and no ties. There will (probably) be cowboy/cowgirl boots. That's enough about what to wear. Just come ready to have a good time.
