Maid of Honour
Younger sister, best friend, arch-nemesis—all in one. Sarah knows my every secret and is equally likely to kill for me as she is to actually kill me.
Best Man
Since high school John and Chris have built an enduring friendship fueled by German bier, exploring small bars, and burning it all off running the Sydney Bay Run.
Bridesmaid
My day one from Year 3 in Fiji when I declared her my best friend. She’s my oldest mate and unofficial sister — and our families adopted each other along the way.
Groomsman
Chris' Perth-born cousin also explores small bars, but together they explored Turkey and Scotland for Kev's 40th birthday, and catch up to talk Lego and whiskey in the subterranean haunt of Uncle Ming's every other week
Bridesman
First friend in Sydney and my first reason to call it home. We met through theatre, playing best friends and siblings, a bond that’s only grown offstage.
Groomsman
Chris' eldest (younger) brother and closest confidante. Chris and Pete have shared bedrooms, Lego, Warhammer, and now Pete share's his cocktail skills with two expertly crafted blends for the wedding
Bridesmaid
Sunshine on two legs, she’s the dancing, laughing actress who’s been by my side since we met doing Wicked together. Good luck, Chris—Mia and I own the dance floor.
Groomsman
Anthony is a dedicated family man with a deep love for Aussie sport. He shares his passion (and injury toll) with Chris. Beyond rugby, Anthony is all about spending quality time with his family and sprawling group of friends, always bringing his warmth and energy to every gathering. His loyalty and fun-loving spirit make him a cornerstone of our family.
Bridesmaid
Met her in line at an audition, loved her shoes, bought them, didn’t see her for two years until we wound up in a band together (and remembered her when I noticed her shoes). Bandmates, housemates, solemates, soulmates.
Groomsman
Michael, the youngest, ventured down to Melbourne to embrace his enthusiasm for pop culture and talent for cosplay. His energy, flair, and sass add a unique spark to every event, not to mention his trivia hosting skills.
Father of the Bride
The man who shaped my entire soundtrack, from Little Shop of Horrors to Queen to Backstreet Boys—all while enforcing my classical piano practice. He’s walking me down the aisle with that same love of music he’s shared with me my whole life.
Mother of the Groom
Anne is the proud mother of four boys, and her love and guidance have been the cornerstone of their upbringing. With her unwavering support and nurturing spirit, she has shaped them into the men they are today. Anne’s influence reaches far beyond her role as a mother—her wisdom, strength, and kindness have left an indelible mark on all who know her. She is truly the heart of our family.
Mother of the Bride
My hero and the ultimate role model for standing up and standing out. Mum taught me how to hold my ground and be unapologetically myself.
Father of the Groom
Officiant
Best friend of 13 years and our go-to advice-giver. Liz is a podcaster, writer, and theatre legend, plus a founding fan of Emma and Chris—aka the perfect wedding officiant.
MC Duo
Kaleigh and Emma met through a show but became friends when Kaleigh dragged her into the woods for Harry Potter (ask us wtf that means!). She’s one half of our ultimate MC duo with her husband Alex, Emma's beloved ex-bandmate from the Bad 80s Band (and Chris's favourite pokemon trading buddy). Expect wild energy.
