One of our favourite small bars in Hobart. The bar is part of a hotel inside the original IXL jam warehouse. The manager, Matt, is a cocktail genius!
Emma surprised Chris with this bar the first time we came to Hobart together to see our wedding venue. He was (no surprise) immediately obsessed with the fact that this bar is FULL of real fossils and dinosaur bones.
