Explore Kailua-Kona With Us (Optional)

For those arriving early, join us on Thursday in Kailua-Kona as we explore the historic town. It’s a great opportunity to take in the island, meet fellow early arrivers, and ease into the celebrations. In the evening, we’ll continue with a Luau show. Think delicious food, open bar and authentic Polynesian entertainment (e.g. https://islandbreezeluau.com). If you'd like to join us, you'll need to purchase a ticket for the show in advance. We will send out more details on which show and where to buy tickets closer to the date.

Welcome Event

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

To kick off the celebrations, join us for a relaxed evening with sunset views, tropical drinks, and laid-back island vibes as everyone settles in. Final details are still to come, but it’ll be a fun and casual way to reconnect and ease into the weekend together. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Ceremony & Reception

We’re so excited to exchange vows surrounded by the beauty of the island and the people we love most. Following the ceremony, we’ll ease into the evening with a cocktail hour featuring drinks and plenty of mingling. Then we’ll move into the reception for dinner, dancing, a karaoke sessions and a night of celebration under the stars. Come ready for great food, good music, and even better company.

Post-Wedding Pool Hang

12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The wedding may be over, but we’re not ready to say goodbye just yet. Join us the day after for a casual poolside hang at the house we’ll be staying in. Drop in, stay as long as you’d like, and let’s stretch the celebration a little longer.

More Hawaii Fun

We'll spend a few more days the following week on the island checking out other sites including the waterfalls and volcanoes on the East side of the island (Hilo area). We're planning to fly out of Hawaii on Wednesday. Feel free to hang around and travel with us if you're interested. Please let us know if you'd like to be included in the itinerary!
