Please don’t. We are constrained by seating available at the venue which matters for two sections of the night (ceremony and dinner reception), plus the obvious part of budgeting for food and drinks because we are not Scrooge McDucks with vaults of gold into which we can dive.
We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. It’s also close enough to where most of you all live to get home safely with a designated driver.
Yes*! We would love to have your child(ren) there and leave the decision to you. We understand the sometimes contrasting pulls of how hard it can be to find someone to entertain, love, and watch children for a night or weekend, as well as the desire to have a night away from parenting. We will do our best to coordinate with the chef and his team to have kid meals available. We will be delighted either way.
Absolutely. There are three lots: one adjacent to the clubhouse near the practice green and first tee; one across the street that is gravel; and a small gravel lot near the driving range.
Should the weather warrant our primary hope for an outdoor ceremony, there will be accessible portable bathrooms on the field. There also are accessible bathrooms in the clubhouse.
Absolutely. The clubhouse has ramps and accessible bathroom stalls. We will do our best with the table layout for adequate room in the aisles. The field, should the ceremony be outside, is firm enough for loaded golf carts and will have accessible portable toilets.
Call or text Ben or Tamara in the days leading up to the wedding. On the day of, bug someone else like their parents or the maids of honor, best man, or officiant.
Emerald and coral.
To the wedding? No. To your lodging? That’s between your host and you (and God, I suppose).
Fred will be with us for the whole wedding weekend. Hiro will not be there because lodging hospitality is speciesist (and he doesn’t love car rides or change; inside cats, ya know).
