Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

What does a formal dress code mean?

Answer

The short answer: wear what makes you feel comfortable for dancing all night! The ground at Houston Hall is concrete as it is an old FBI parking garage so please make sure you wear comfortable shoes. Cocktail length or long dresses are fine, as well as dark suits. Tuxedos aren't required but if you're feeling festive, go for it!

Do I need to plan for inclement weather?

Answer

No! All events will be indoors and there will be a coat check when you enter Houston Hall. We are hoping for beautiful weather as it will be late fall on the East Coast, so I'd expect it to be in the 50s during the day and 40s at night- but you know Dave and I will be keeping a close eye on the weather :)
