Susan-Douglas and Blair met on an app, as most young lovers do these days. One date at a local diner, turned into three years of laughter and even an additional cat. From kayaking in Florida with his family, to Disney vacations with hers, Blair and Susan-Douglas connected over their shared interests, but also learned to share their unique interests with each other. Blair convinced Susan-Douglas to join his Dungeons & Dragons Campaign, while Susan-Douglas has made Blair a part of more than one couples' costume. What started on an app has become an IRL adventure, that they can't wait to share with you on December 6, 2025.

March of 2024 Susan-Douglas's sister Katharine (Maid of Honor) helped plan what Susan-Douglas was hoping would be the best vacation ever as Blair had never been to Disney World. From a trip to Magic Kingdom to see the castle, to a lightsaber building experience in Galaxy's edge. The Smith sisters pulled out all the stops for a stellar time. Meanwhile... Blair enlisted the help of fairy godmother/ soon to be sister-in-law Katharine to plan what would become Susan-Douglas's favorite Disney Memory: a magical engagement. Blair and his soon-to-be sister-in-law pulled off a Romantic suprise befitting a Disney Fairy Tale. These two plans created a fairy tale memory for Blair and Susan-Douglas. A carriage ride around the lake at Disney's Port New Orleans Riverside Resort, a heartfelt proposal, and family waiting to congratulate them.
