Flight
The Phoenix airport (PHX) is the closest, largest and probably most affordable airport to fly into. In addition, there are multiple options for car rentals to make the 2-hour drive up to Flagstaff, AZ.
Flight
The Flagstaff airport (FLG) is small and ~ 5 miles from the city center. It is the most convenient to fly into/out of, but usually is expensive. There are a couple of car rentals available near the airport.
Travel Note
This company picks up at any terminal at Phoenix Sky Harbor and drops off in a central location in Flagstaff. The 15-passenger vans seem comfortable and new. Price is $49 for one-way.
Hotel
This hotel offers a good location and an affordable choice. We have set aside 10 rooms with a single King bed as well as 10 rooms with two Queen beds. The cut-off date for booking is 8/13/21. Next door to the Stephens’ property (where Jordan + Taylor are getting hitched), the neighbor has a couple of Airbnb’s that he is blocking for wedding guest use during Labor Day weekend. House Or Rental
Flagstaff has a lot of house rentals depending on your group size. I HIGHLY recommend booking soon because Labor Day weekend (September 3rd-6th) is a very busy time in Flagstaff. When you are searching for a rental in Flagstaff on Airbnb, I recommend selecting the “Cancellation flexibility” filter just in case you need to change accommodations later this year.
