Matron of Honor
Mandy and I met in our first year of undergrad when I accompanied her voice lessons and we bonded on our first band tour. We've stayed friends through a combined six jobs, four degrees, four states, (soon to be) two weddings, and the birth of one child. It's been a great 15 years!
Best Man
Vince and I have known each other since time immemorial, or at least since seventh grade. Regardless of distance, advice has been traded, the Utes cheered, the Jazz lamented, and BYU mocked.
Bridesmaid
My sister, Skylar, absolutely thought the guy from Utah I was texting with was catfishing me. (We are both glad she was wrong!) She endured me never being able to stop talking about him and took every opportunity to make fun of me about it!
Groomsman
Patrick, or Shortie as he is better known, is my brother. He was convinced Sam was going to take me to Canada to sell my organs for money. He was only partially correct; you can get more than you think for a kidney in Rapid City. If you run into him at the wedding, ask him about the time he hit a tree with our race car.
Bridesmaid
Kait and I met because her husband, Anthony, is friends with Curtis. Kait and I are kindred spirits, and Anthony frequently points out how alike we are. I love Kait's generosity and fiery sass, and I'm so glad she's going to be with us.
Groomsman
Blake and I met when we both started working for Ken Garff in the same position. We also were getting our Computer Science degrees from Weber State at the same time. We graduated together and walked one after the other. Safe to say, Blake and I have a lot in common.
Bridesman
Jordan is my brother, and he also endured me talking about Curtis constantly when we drove to Chicago shortly after Curtis and I started dating. Our relationship has changed a lot from when we were kids, and I'm glad Jordan is going to be standing with me.
Groomswoman
Morgan and I met when she started working at Ken Garff, but unlike Blake, not in the same department as me. We bonded over soccer and have attended many matches together.
Personal Attendant
Darcy and I became friends because Curtis is friends with Darcy's husband, Bruce. She has a keen eye for detail and a fierce sense of right and wrong, and I can't wait to celebrate with her!
Officiant
Jenn met both Curtis and I through our mutual love of college football, and she is one of the few people who has known us both separately and as a couple. We look up to her so much and are so happy she agreed to officiate our wedding!
