The Wedding Website of Samantha Steffan and Curtis Blackley
Flight options, hotel recommendations, & more for our out-of-town guests as you prepare for your trip to Utah

Flight

SLC International

The Salt Lake Airport is in the process of being upgraded! Because of the construction, the B Gates are a bit of a hike from security and baggage claim. If you come back to visit in 2024, there will be a central tunnel, but for now, Salt Lake International is helping you meet your step goal for the day. There are great art pieces to see and local restaurants to try. When we were flying to and from North Dakota, we opted for Delta flights through Minneapolis from Bismarck or Fargo.

Rental Car

Road Trip

If you are opting to drive from North Dakota, the drive from Bozeman to West Yellowstone is spectacular and takes you through the western edge of Yellowstone National Park. Be sure to watch weather and road reports as those routes may still have snow, and be on the lookout for wildlife!

Hotel

The Little America Hotel - Salt Lake City

500 Main Street
Salt Lake City, UT 84101
 (801) 596-5700

The Little America is an iconic hotel in Downtown SLC. There are many options for rooms and views, and the hotel has dining options. Curtis loves the bread pudding at the Coffee Shop!

Hotel

Salt Lake City Marriott University Park

480 Wakara Way
Salt Lake City, UT 84108
 (801) 581-1000

The Marriott University Park is adjacent to the University of Utah campus very near Red Butte Gardens. This is the closest hotel option to our venue.

Train

TRAX Light Rail

TRAX is a great public transit option to get around Salt Lake City as you spend time here, and there is a free zone downtown. You can take the Red Line up to the University of Utah for our wedding, but you will still have a walk from your stop to Red Butte Gardens if you choose to do so.
