I am Courtney. I have known the bride since the beginning. In other words, I am Kaitlyn's older sister. I live in Virginia with her 2 dogs, 3 cats, 1 lizard, 1 snake, 1 husband, and 2 roommates. I am so happy and proud of my little sister who claimed she was never going to get married. Nate must be a pretty special fella to lock this crazy lady down.

This photo was taken at the last wedding I was in, which was my sister's wedding in San Diego, CA! Nate and I met my very first day of college when a friend of mine who was dating Nate's fraternity brother brought me to Acacia after my orientation week had ended. We hit it off right away and immediately had inside jokes like re-introducing ourselves every time we saw each other for the next two months (even though we saw each other weekly). It was great because Nate ended up being in most of my classes throughout college! A fun fact about me is that I am SCUBA certified

I am from Bremerton Washington where I work as an electrical engineer for NAVSEA - Keyport. I mostly just watch Star Trek and play my saxophone. Nate and I met at a rush event for our fraternity where we tried to figure out what ecology research is really about. My fun fact is that I have a dog, the Walter, that I may or may not have stolen depending on who asks.

Nate and I met in college (boiler up!) while we were working together in the botany lab one summer and quickly became friends through our chats while doing all kinds of field work and menial lab tasks together. One fun fact about me is that I just bought my first pair of jeans this past year at the age of 25!
