The heart of Oaxaca. Take a stroll through the city center; you will run into tiny courtyards and beautiful surprises.

Zocalo

We love this coffee shop! Catch a seat in the courtyard in the morning, you will thank us later.

Kiyo Café

Shukan's favorite boutique store with tiny trinkets. You can also get a quick coffee here if your'e in need of a pick me up.

LIA Café

Full Vegetarian menu, and so good! Don't miss out on the desserts (order them all)

Sabina Sabe

Amazing food, beautiful rooftop. They have a wide variety of moles here if you want to try something truly Oaxacan (yellow mole is one of our favorites).

Restaurant Tierra del Sol

If we didn't feed you enough, try their chef's tasting menu! This place is so peaceful. Say hi to their resident chickens that roam the property.

Criollo

Stunning Views from the Rooftop for a quick bite and cocktail.

Pitiona

Fun craft cocktails in a tropical atmosphere in a lively area. Sit on the tiny balconies for a fun view!

Selva Oaxaca Cocktail Bar

Textile museum with a rich multicultural history. Shukan could spend hours here looking at fabrics (and shopping for interesting clothes in the shop).
