You MUST visit a Decathlon while in Toulouse, it's like the French version of REI at affordable prices.

Toulouse is a hub for aerospace and such, so Sim recommends this exhibit on space and all.

Cafés Bacquié

There is where Simon went to boarding school when he was all about the trumpet. This annual jazz festival in the middle of the southwest countryside is a great day trip to enjoy a free concert and rustic food.
