We're getting married!

Three years ago, KyAnn’s friend Josh invited her to watch the NBA Finals at Ounces Tap Room. KyAnn didn’t care about the NBA at all—but she disliked being home alone even more—so she hopped on her e-bike and rode over…biker shorts included. Shane was already there, also indifferent to the NBA. While everyone else watched the Finals, he was watching Mariner's baseball on his phone (volume on, confidence higher). The sound of baseball caught KyAnn’s attention, and—bolstered by a beer and a wingman—she tossed out a comment about the Yankees. Despite the biker shorts and love for the Yankees, Shane asked if he could buy her a beer. One beer and a great conversation later, Shane asked if she wanted to meet back at Ounces again tomorrow. KyAnn said yes… and that “yes” turned into four Ounces dates in a row! A few weeks later, they took it from taproom to ballpark at a Mariners vs. Yankees game—proof that the Yankees comment wasn’t just small talk after all. A quick and adventurous 3.5 years later...Shane proposed to KyAnn on a camping trip (back in her biker shorts) and she couldn't be more excited to say yes! And just like that, what started as a casual night out turned into something neither of them saw coming: a favorite place, a shared “let’s do this again,” and a love that kept showing up day after day. And the rest is history - We can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with you!
