Tent City Set Up
9:00 am - 2:30 pm

You do not have to camp the night of the wedding. Tent City is for guests that do not want to drive back to their accommodations after the partying! Shane and Cort will be at Kelly's all day on the 14th to help direct guests on where to set up their tent for camping after the wedding on the 15th. Set up will end at 2:30pm to allow them to go get ready for the welcome dinner later that night. Things to bring: - Tent - Mat or air-mattress (don't forget the pump) - Lights, it gets very dark - Water - Lots of blankets For more details about camping please check out the Tent City & Camping tab.
Family Photos
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Instead of capturing family photos during cocktail hour on the wedding day, we have opted to arrange formal family portraits the day before the wedding. We will start promptly at 5:00pm so please give yourself enough time to get to the Mono Inn. Family photos will conclude at 6pm and the Welcome Party will begin. Family photos include all immediate members, we will have reached out to you prior to confirm your attendance.

A chance to meet one another and start the weekend off with a bang before the wedding! Sangria, margaritas and Hors d'oeuvres will be served until 9pm!

Guests may start to arrive as early as 3:00 pm. Parking is about a 10-15 minute walk away from The Meadow so please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the ceremony site. We will have some forms of transportation that will shuttle people back and forth. Refreshments will be served before ceremony, so please come early and enjoy. Please be in your seat by 3:45pm, the ceremony will begin at 4pm.
