The Constellation Ice Cream

This ice cream is DELICIOUS and a good bang for your buck. It's also in a neat little area within the Stapleton neighborhood about 15 minutes from our house.

Stanley Marketplace

This is a great place to have breakfast and start the day leisurely. This used to be an airplane hangar but has since been converted to a variety of boutique shops and restaurants.

Improper City

Cool bar in our favorite neighborhood (RiNo). Good drink prices and outdoor area with games! They have food trucks and lots of space!

Denver Zoo

Denver Mart Drive In

Kids under 6 are free! All others are $10/person for a double feature. Shows usually start between 8:15-8:45.

Corridor 44

This is where Scott proposed! This place is a splurge, but worth it. I loved the roasted chicken.

Blue Moon Brewing Company

Brewery tour is minimal, but there's a huge selection of beers to try. Blue Moon is Scott's favorite!

Bacon Social House

This is our FAVORITE place to eat! Order the bacon flight... you're welcome.

Legacy Ridge Golf Course

This is one of Scott's favorite courses here.

Rocky Mountain National Park

This is a great place for some short/easy hikes, great concerts, and they even host morning workouts and evening movies!

This is a very "Boulder" place to go for breakfast before you hit some of the trails at Chautauqua!

Mountain Sun Pub & Brewery (Bring Cash!)

This is a tasty place for lunch or dinner. Beware though, it's cash only! Great beer selection.

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse

This is a very "Boulder" place to go! You can have brunch, lunch or dinner here without reservations. However, if you'd like to enjoy afternoon tea, you must make reservations 24 hours in advance.

Fantastic place for breakfast! We love the “Colorful Colorado.” There are also some really great vegan and gluten free options available!

Rita's Specialty Margs and Taco Bar

Margs are delicious and super strong! They open at 5 and have happy hour 5-7. Cheap tacos for the win!

The Wild Animal Sanctuary

Make sure to go when the weather is nice! You’ll be on the plains on an elevated walk way to see these animals behave just as they would in the wild. Entry usually hovers around $30/person.

Watercourse Foods

Breakfast is served all day, but don’t be fooled-dinner is also delicious! Plant-based foods. Very good prices and generous servings. Street parking, great local place.

Somebody People

Beautiful vegetarian food with a zero waste initiative, so bring your own Tupperware if you tend to not be a member of the clean plate club.
