"Caitlin Hottie" and "Luscious Lauren" became fast friends at University of Notre Dame their junior year. They instantly bonded over their love for Grey's Anatomy, chocolate, rose wine, crossword puzzles, and gchat. As Christina spoke of Meredith in Grey's Anatomy, Lauren and Caitlin mutually believe "She's my person". 10+ years plus several moves later, their best friendship has stood the test of time--and they would like to personally thank gchat for that. Caitlin currently resides in the Chicago suburbs with her husband Tom, and three precious girls, Reagan, Kelly, and Piper. When not working or taking care of these energetic cuties, she’s probably texting the bride to be! Lauren is eternally grateful to have Caitlin's support on not just her special day, but every. single. day.
Thomas Hale
Best Man
Thomas is my older brother. We met nearly 33 years ago and always seem to run into each other at family events. Tommy is a great older brother and has been a great friend. He is one of the funniest people I know and can always make me laugh. He cares a lot about me and shows by his continued support for me in all I do. I'm am very excited to have him up their with me as my Best Man. Tom currently lives in Kettering, OH (outside of Dayton) with his wife, Katie, and two red-headed girls, Miriam and Nora, who will be our flower girls!

Like the groom, Lauren met Christine on Bumble. Bumble BFF that is. Both have dogs named Bruce, both have a strong affinity to beer, bourbon, and bacon, both annoy their partners for their love for each other, and both will watch any female-written TV show or movie. Christine and Lauren will communicate with each other over any platform, and often use multiple at once. Whether it’s sending articles about cute animals, empowering women, or the latest Netflix show they plan to binge, Christine and Lauren rarely disagree about a thing (except maybe the best college team!) Christine. her husband, Johnny, and son, Walter, live just outside of Cincinnati with the other dog Bruce. Besides being a badass engineer, she’s a strong advocate and participant for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Jonathan Braund

Jon and I met Freshman year at Bowling Green State University. We didn't really speak to each other until our Junior year. We bonded while creating a Badminton Unit for a high school Physical Education Class that blew our professor away! Since then, we have been close friends. He currently lives in Columbus, OH with his fiance, Alyssa, who will be getting married a few weeks after Lauren and I!

Though they first met at the autism center they both worked at in Dallas, TX, it wasn’t until a conference in Salt Lake City, UT that #Laurmi truly began. Since then, their friendship has been built on beer and burgers, ditching conference activities to adventure, bourbon with coworkers, and existential discussions about autism. These days, their relationship is maintained over weekly phone calla to/from workout classes...an occasionally exclusively via voicemails. Several states and jobs later, Lauren asked Stormi to be her bridesmaid in true #Laurmi fashion-over beer after ditching a conference. Stormi currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband Josh, where she continues to fight to improve the diagnosis of autism.
David Fultz

Fultz and I met in 2010 when I first began teaching. He was a Physical Education Teacher at one of the schools I taught at so we would see each other daily. We bonded over PE ideas, high school sports, and sports in general. We started as school-based friends, but then became running buddies. For 5 years at Middletown, Fultz and I coached together, ran together, rode together, and taught together. The first couple years of teaching are the most difficult and having Fultz there definitely helped me get through mine. He is still living in Middletown with his wife, Robin, and will be welcoming his first grandchild around our wedding!

As Lauren’s sister-in-law, Meg has always made sure to include Lauren as the extra sister of the Reagan clan. Whether they are cheering on Notre Dame, enjoying late night dance parties, or heading to spin class, Meg has taught Lauren to get out of her comfort zone and have fun. Thus, it should be of no surprise that she’s rocking the finance world and doing it in style! Meg lives in Stamford, CT with Lauren’s brother, Michael (groomsmen), Lauren’s nephew, Theo (ring bearer), and Lauren's niece, Addie!

Michael and I met in July, 2018 when Lauren and I got a chance to visit Michael, Megan, and Theo for the first time in CT. Since then Michael, and the whole family, have been great at making me feel a part of the family! I appreciate his sense of humor as well as his own appreciation of my jokes. But perhaps most of all, I appreciate his amazing cooking skills and him introducing me to CT's finest breakfast side dish, potato cones.

Hilary and Lauren worked together in the same lab at Cincinnati Children’s until the #bosslady (Hilary) created her dream job at the National Fragile X Foundation. Although this may not mean much to most people, just know she is devoted to pushing science forward to improve the lives of those affected by Fragile X. Hilary and Lauren share a deep passion for lifting others up by living by the tenets of Shine Theory...and wine, of course. But perhaps most of all, you should know Hilary can belt out a good Alanis Morissette song when the opportunity presents itself (isn’t it ironic, don’t you think?)

Ben and I have been friends since 3rd Grade at Enon Elementary, however, it was not until high school that we started to really click and hang out more regularly. We spent a year living together in Bowling Green and have stayed stayed in touch throughout the years. Ben has been a great friend ever since I can remember and I am very appreciative of his friendship. He currently lives in Cincinnati, OH.

Theo is Lauren’s (“Auntie L”) nephew is still trying to figure out why he doesn’t get to wear his favorite bear winter hat on the wedding day, but he surely will shine in suspenders and bow tie as he walks down the aisle!
