Welcome Meet Up (optional)

5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. And hopefully no need for sweaters!

Come as you are! We would love the opportunity to welcome our guests to Northern Michigan. This casual event will be located at Traverse City's food truck rally where various food and drink options will be available for purchase. Feel free to drop in and stay, or just swing by to say hi. Although seating is first-come, first-serve, we do ask that you RSVP so we can be on the look out for you.

Affirmation Ceremony

3:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: dresses (long or short), dressy jumpsuits, and jackets with slacks- leave the ties at home! The ground will be soft so please plan shoes accordingly.

Join us for an outdoor celebration at Sarah's family cabin in the woods. A ceremony will be held in front of the lake followed by family dinner and dancing under the twinkle lights.

River Trip (optional)

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Water shoes and shorts or quick-drying pants are recommended.

Join us for some fun on the river! All guests will meet at the boat launch where we will begin our 2.5 hour easy paddle down the river. You do not need any prior boating experience. Both kayaks and canoes will be available to rent and life vests are provided for anyone 2yo and older, that wish to use one (mandatory for children under 6 years old).
