You can download the app AllTrails! You can pick exactly which hikes you want to go on based on difficulty and like 10 other options. It keeps you on track and alerts you if off track. Dont forget a backpack for sunscreen, snacks, water, portable speakers/chargers. Please buy bear spray just in case - We carry it around at all times when on trails. For more ambitious hikers / steeper hiking: Alyeska North Face, Flattop, Little O'Malley, Turnagain Arm Trail: North Trailhead to McHugh Creek Trailhead (right by ocean views!) Easier, Flat "hikes" (I promise)- Eagle River Nature Center, Campbell Airstrip Trailhead, Lake Spenard Loop (personal airplanes all around, highly recommend!), Tony Knowles Coastal Trail Local Waterfalls: Thunderbird Falls, South Fork Falls Trailhead, Virgin Creek Falls Trailhead

Our first ever hike as visitors to Alaska! It is truly breathtaking and the best part? There is a gift shop, restaurants/beer, panoramic views, AND A FREE TRAM RIDE DOWN! If you choose not to hike up, I believe the ride up and down is a total of $60/person.

Nonresident Fishing Mandatory Guidelines

If you want to fish, please read thoroughly through Alaska Fish & Game Nonresident fishing requirements - You will need to purchase a 1 or multi-day fishing license. You will also need to look at day of regulations which include where you are fishing! You can find spots to rent gear or go on tours to save you the headache! We aren't experts but we have fished in Seward, Kenai, and Sterling. We have heard / seen people ship their fish back with them, verify with your airlines and weigh the pros and cons before deciding! Nothing beats fresh caught salmon!
