We understand that not everyone will be able to attend the wedding, and that’s ok. Please just let us know. When you RSVP “NO,” you are assisting with the headcount for planning. Be considerate and respectfully decline.
Please inform us of your food allergies and dietary needs as soon as you can!
You may bring a date if you’ve received a plus one in your invitation. If you haven't by mistake, please contact us as soon as you can!
We adore your little ones; please know we intend to party all night! Let us know as soon as you can if your children will be in attendance. We are planning to have a special table for the big kids. We recommend you make it a date night or romantic getaway if you can!
Since this is a summer wedding, we recommend you dress in light colors and lightweight materials (cotton, linen...) Women should wear comfortable shoes, low heels, or sparkly sandals. Men are not required to wear ties. TIP: pack according to the weather, it will be hot so include your summer attire, bathing suits, swim shoes, sunscreen. Since we will be close to the water, a shawl or light cardigan is recommended for nighttime.

Both the ceremony and reception are located on-site at Doryssa Seaside Resort. For others staying off property, please request a taxi the night before from your hotel's reception. Uber and Lyft are not available in Samos.
There is plenty of parking, should you need it.
You do not need to rent a car! Pythagorio has a main port with shopping and restaurants, the resort is right on the beach and there is plenty to do in the area. But if you like to explore and are staying for an extended time, please see our Travel page for a note about car rentals.
Of course, many places accept credit cards. Cash is always recommended for small purchases. We recommend that you exchange dollars to euros before making the trip, the best rate is at your local AAA office or your bank. It may take a couple of days for currency order, but it is worth the better rate than exchanging at the airport. You can also take cash out at ATMs in Greece, check with your banks as they may have a preferred partner.
