We recommend this hotel if you are looking for a more budget-friendly option and/or don't plan to linger around Asheville and prefer to be closer to the venue. This hotel has an indoor pool, gym, and free hot breakfast. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the venue, 10-15 minutes to downtown, and about 35-40 minutes from the airport. Flight

Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)

Asheville has a small airport, so getting a flight without a layover may be tricky. The airport is 35-40 minutes from the venue. Charlotte has a much larger airport, but is about a 2 hour drive to Asheville.

Travel Note

Transportation

We recommend renting a car at the airport for convenience and the freedom to sightsee. There will also be Uber and Lyft available. We are providing a roundtrip shuttle from the DoubleTree to the venue and back. The shuttle will be leaving the DoubleTree at 3:00pm to take guests to the venue. The shuttle will be leaving the venue at 9:00pm and 11:00pm to return to the DoubleTree. Unfortunately, transportation to/from the Fairfield Inn will not be provided. There is ample parking at the venue.
