FAQs

The Wedding Website of Saige Fleming and Steven Caughran
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to dress in cocktail attire—nothing too formal, just polished and party-ready. A nice dress, jumpsuit, or a button-up shirt with slacks works perfectly. Come comfortable and looking your best! Don't forget shoes that are suitable for walking on grass.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate plus-ones unless they were included on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love for our friends and family to be able to enjoy themselves kid-free, we know that is not an option for some. Please reach out to us if you plan to bring your children.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking on-site at the venue. The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we are providing a roundtrip shuttle for guests of the DoubleTree. The shuttle will be leaving the venue at 9:00pm and 11:00pm to return to the DoubleTree. If you do not plan to stay that late, we recommended an alternate method of transportation, such as renting a car or reserving an Uber/Lyft ahead of time. Unfortunately, transportation to/from the Fairfield Inn will not be provided.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. While there is a small grass hill connecting the ceremony and reception areas, we've arranged a golf cart to help transport guests who may need assistance navigating the terrain.
