Venue parking is only available for overnight guests and vendors. All other guests MUST park at San Lorenzo Valley Elementary Location: 7155 Highway 9, Felton, CA 95018 This is the only parking area available for day-of guests. There will be shuttles which picks up guests starting between 2:45 PM and 3:30 PM. To ensure you don’t miss the last shuttle, please arrive by 3:00 PM at the latest. Look for posted signs at the school entrance and in the lot — they’ll direct you to the correct area for parking and shuttle pickup.

If you’re driving yourself (not staying at the Hilton, or Waterfall Lodge), here’s what to do: Drive to San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School Park in the wedding guest lot — signs will guide you to the right spot Hop on a shuttle from the school to Waterfall Lodge Shuttles will run starting at 2:45, and the second shuttle shortly after, with return rides available from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

If you’re staying at the Hilton in Scotts Valley, here’s how you’ll get to the wedding: Step 1: A shuttle will pick you up at the Hilton between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM Step 2: That shuttle will take you to San Lorenzo Elementary School Step 3: At the school, you’ll switch to a second shuttle that takes you directly to Waterfall Lodge Please arrive early!

Waterfall lodge offers on-site cabins the day of the wedding, most of the wedding party will be there. We recommend staying here out of convenience and safety. Please be aware that these cabins DO NOT have WI-FI, and terrible cell reception. Please see link for booking.

The Hilton in Santa Cruz is 9 miles away (20 min drive) from the wedding location. We will have a shuttle running the day of the wedding for guests. Booking Instructions: 1. Click the link titled "view" to go to the hotel site. 2. Enter the dates of your stay (Thursday, June 26 – Monday, June 30, 2025, recommended). If you want to book outside the contracted dates, (6/26-6/30), or are having difficulty call the Sales Department at 831-460-5960. 3. Click the “Special Rates” button. 4.
