No. Parking at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat is reserved exclusively for overnight guests and vendors. If you're not staying overnight at the venue, you must park off-site at: San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School 7155 Highway 9, Felton, CA 95018 There are approximately 55 guest parking spots available. Look for signs marked “Sarah & Sacha’s Wedding.” You’ll know you’re in the right place—the lot is shaded by solar panels. A shuttle service will run between the parking lot and the venue for guest pick-up and drop-off.

Yes! We will provide separate shuttles for our guests: One shuttle will depart from the Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley as most guest are staying here. The second shuttle will depart from the off-site parking lot at San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School (7155 Highway 9, Felton, CA 95018). We kindly ask that all guests plan to arrive early at their designated shuttle location to ensure timely transportation and avoid any delays. See travel section or below for more details.

Shuttles from San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School will run starting at 2:45 PM the day of the wedding. There will be signs guiding you to the shuttle pick-up area, and return shuttles will run between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM after the reception.

Answer

Shuttles from the Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley will begin pick-ups at 2:00 PM and the last Hilton shuttle will depart at 2:30 PM. Guests will first be shuttled to San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School, where they will transfer to a second shuttle that will take them directly to Waterfall Lodge.

Answer

Yes, it is semi-formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We recommend sensible shoes, as the venue is outdoors with some rolling hills.

Yes! Return shuttles will be available to take guests back to both the San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School parking lot and the Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley. The official shuttle schedule is from 7 PM to 11 PM.
