Date is June 28 2025 Guest will be allowed to arrive at 3 pm, please be seated by 3:45 PM for the ceremony. Please be on-time.

Please park at the TBD. A shuttle will run between the XXX parking lot and the venue on the day of the wedding. Please plan your arrival time to ensure timely transportation. Parking at Waterfall Lodge and Retreat is exclusively for overnight guests and vendors.

Answer

Yes, we will provide two separate shuttles for our guests. One shuttle will operate from the Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley, and the other will depart from the XXXX. We kindly ask that all guests plan to arrive early at their designated shuttle location to ensure timely transportation and avoid any delays.

Answer

Yes, it is semi-formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We recommend sensible shoes, as the venue is outdoors with some rolling hills.
