Flight

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

As SeaTac is a hub for Alaska Airlines, Alaska often has the most flight options and is most-likely to offer direct flights into SeaTac, but you should have plenty of options with your respective airline of choice! If you plan on using Uber or Lyft, follow the signs to baggage claim. From there, cross over to the attached parking garage and follow the signs for App Based Rideshare. You will meet your driver on the left/north end of the 3rd floor of this parking garage.

Rental Car

SeaTac Rental Car Facility

3150 South 160th Street
SeaTac, WA 98188
 (206) 246-2705

If you plan to pick up a rental car from SeaTac, there are two passenger pick up areas near baggage claim: one near Alaska Airlines on the north end and one near International Airlines on the south end. From there, you'll take a 5 minute shuttle ride to the rental car facility. When you return your car, you will return it to that same facility and use the free shuttle to get to the SeaTac terminal.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Wedding and Reception Site

October 3, 2021 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle will run from the hotel to the MV Skansonia prior to the wedding and then from the MV Skansonia back to the hotel as the reception winds down. More details on the timing of this shuttle will be communicated as they are ironed out. We hope you'll take advantage of this transportation opportunity!

Train

Link Light Rail

If you'd prefer to use public transit, from the baggage claim at SeaTac, follow the signs for Link Light Rail, which is connected to the fourth floor of the airport parking garage. If you're traveling to the Hilton Garden Inn- Seattle Downtown, you can take the light rail from the airport to Westlake Station. From there, it's about a 5 block walk to the hotel. If you'd rather not walk that distance with luggage in tow, it would be a quick and cheap Uber/Lyft ride away.

Train

Sound Transit

Throughout your entire stay in Seattle, public transit is quite readily available for most local excursions. Click on "view" below to plan out a trip using the Sound Transit system. Keep in mind, there is also a monorail that goes back and forth between Seattle Center and Westlake Station (near Pike Place), a water taxi that goes between the Seattle Waterfront and West Seattle, and ferries that can take you from the Seattle Waterfront to either Bremerton or Bainbridge Island. Both of those destinations have things to do within walking distance of their respective ferry terminal. If your plan is to not travel outside of the greater Seattle area during your stay, you could get by without a car fairly easily.
