We welcome you to join us for a welcome party on Thursday evening! This will take place in the Sabino Ballroom at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites, where we are staying for the weekend. Don't worry, we will have signs and a printout with details regarding the weekend for everyone as they arrive at the hotel! From 7 pm to 9 pm, we will be providing a few light bites as well as beer and wine available for our guests. There will be a cash bar available with a private bartender throughout the event until 11 pm. We are so excited to see everyone!

Dress code is semi-formal/ cocktail. The ceremony and reception will be outside, weather permitting. The weather in April averages a high of 85F (29.4C) and low of 60F (15.6C). We will update the weather forecast on the "FAQ" page on this website, so please check back closer to the date.
The ceremony and reception will take place at Saguaro Buttes in Tucson, Arizona. The venue is located 30 minutes from the Sheraton Tucson Hotel. There will be transportation available to and from both locations. The shuttle will leave the hotel around 4:00 pm to arrive at the venue by 5 pm. We ask that guests arrive by 5:15 pm as the ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 pm. Beverages will be available before the ceremony. All events will be outside, weather permitting. Saguaro Buttes is a wedding venue known for its gorgeous desert landscape. It is located in the Saguaro National Park East, giving our ceremony the perfect background consisting of saguaro cacti and mountain views. Our cocktail hour will be on the lovely patio. After watching the beautiful sunset, we will walk down a pathway guided by trees to get to our reception site. The reception will be under twinkle lights over a beautiful landscape with a pond surrounded by desert.
