Located a 15-minute drive from Hollywood Burbank Airport and a 15-minute drive from the venue, the Hotel Burbank is our preferred hotel for guests. Burbank Town Center is close by, as is the 5 freeway with access to the rest of Los Angeles!

Flight

Hollywood Burbank Airport

If possible, we highly recommend flying into Burbank's airport rather than to LAX, even if that means that you have to connect flights - seriously. Hollywood Burbank Airport is much closer to the hotel (less than five miles!) and is much smaller and easier to navigate than LAX. Plus, it's a Southwest hub! In particular, if you are not renting a car, you will have a much cheaper Uber or Lyft from Burbank Airport to the hotel than if you fly in to LAX. Please note, however, that boarding and deplaning make use of air stairs/ramps rather than jet bridges, so you will be exposed to the elements. Luckily, given you'll be in Los Angeles in May, the elements will likely be about 70 degrees, sunshine, and a light breeze - not to mention the views of the mountains!

Flight

Los Angeles International Airport

Los Angeles International Airport, or LAX, is LA's primary airport and the 8th busiest in the world. Many of you travelling from further away or from out of the country will need to fly in here. Every major airline flies here, so you should not have trouble finding direct flights. There are lots of rental car options here. If you do not want to rent a car, we recommend using Uber or Lyft as there are not a ton of great public transit options. However, there is a flyaway bus that will take you to Union Station in downtown Los Angeles, and an Uber from there to the hotel in Burbank will be much cheaper than from LAX.
