Flying in to the Burbank Airport will be the easiest experience you've ever had flying to Los Angeles. It's so worth it we made up this question in order to put it here. If your layover is less than 90 minutes, you're likely not even losing time, because 90 minutes from LAX to Burbank is not unheard-of. Please seriously consider it!
This is California, after all, so you'll be able to go further afield if you decide to rent a car. However, the way we've planned the weekend, you shouldn't have to take more than a couple short ubers/taxis to get everywhere you need to go. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the wedding venue, walking distance to the afterparty, and a 5-minute walk from downtown Burbank which has entertainment, bars, dining, shopping...all the hits!
Please RSVP by May 1st! If we don't hear from you by Cinco de Mayo, we're coming looking for you.
Please arrive at Castaway at 4:00pm for a welcome drink, the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.
Dress code is 'cocktail', which one website defines as a "semi-formal, polished look that's dressier than business casual but less formal than black tie. Think tailored suits for men and knee-length or midi dresses, or stylish separates for women." For additional questions, Google will have lots more definitions for you.
If the envelope you received said 'and guest' on it...then yes!
