Things To Do
The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston
One of our favorite Sunday routines was to visit the Museum of Fine Arts after church on Sunday. The Classics Section is Ginny's favorite, while Robert will forever love the Renaissance exhibit.
Hermann Park
One of the eternal haunts of our relationship and the most European space in the city. Visit the Japanese garden, ride the train around the park, feed the ducks in the pond, or just enjoy a stroll in what we are sure is gorgeous February weather.
Hermann Park Golf Course
Popz mandated we share a golf course - so of course we will share the only place where both Ginny and Robert have swung a club.
Houston Zoo
Undoubtedly one of Roberts very favorite places in the city and a great place to kiddos and the young at heart.
The Menil Collection
A wonderful free museum, surrounded by our favourite place to picnic!
Children's Museum of Houston
Candidly, not a place we have visited - but we hear it's a great place to take the little ones!
Pistolero's
The bar where Ginny is adamant she first met Robert, $1 margaritas during happy hour (or at least they were circa 2016).
Anvil Pub
Guaranteed to be the best cocktail in Houston, and the place where Robert and Ginny fell in love. The booth's are comfortable, the bartenders are knowledgeable, and the ambiance is perfect for a conversation that lasts hours.
Direct Energy
No need to go here - but immortalizing the place that brought us together.
