How do I get around Houston?
Answer
Houston is not the best at public transportation - we recommend using Uber, Lyft, or renting a car. The good news is parking is usually very easy to find!

Where do I park for the Wedding?
Answer
St. Paul Methodist Church has parking across the street, that will be free for wedding guests to use during the ceremony. Is this a kid friendly shin-dig?

Children are welcome to attend the wedding ceremony, but our reception will be an Adults-Only event. More information to come on childcare that we recommend.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with you in style! The wedding will be black tie, but most importantly, wear whatever gets you on the dance floor!

What is February like in Houston?
Answer
We wish we knew! While it is normally very mild in Houston, in February of 2020 we had winter storm Uri. Our best suggestion is to look at the weather app a week in advance and pack for a multitude of weathers, but Texas weather is guaranteed to keep you on your toes.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place? Is this indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place at St. Paul's Methodist Church in the Museum District. Our reception will be held two blocks away at Hotel Zaza Museum District, both locations will be fully indoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
We are so sorry to hear that! The best thing to do is to send back your RSVP as soon as possible and feel free to email teamtatie@gmail.com so we can make sure our list is up to date!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
We will have a hotel block and Hotel Zaza and the Hilton. Please contact Robert or Ginny if you have any questions or trouble booking!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
Both, either, whichever! Just make sure you let us know what you plan to do.

We are registered through Zola.com. Look for Robert and Ginny!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony is set to start.
Question
Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?
Answer
We will have one shuttle running between Hotel Zaza and the wedding. However, the wedding venue and reception are an easy two-block walk and there is ample parking at St. Paul's. For those staying at Hotel Zaza, you can ask one of their shuttles to take you, and pending their availability, they would be more than happy to drop you off.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
During our ceremony, we invite you to put down the phone/camera and enjoy the event. We are so excited to share this holy moment with you. For the reception, feel free to have your cameras out and post away!
