CharterUP Shuttle - Wedding Day

Thank you for submitting your RSVP form with your transportation preferences! If you have recently decided to opt for the shuttle and did not denote this on your RSVP form, please contact Adam and Becca so they can ensure enough space for all guests on the shuttle. For those guests who have indicated shuttle needs between the hotel and the venue, the shuttle schedule is as follows: Shuttle Leaves Hampton Inn & Suites - 3:30pm Shuttle Arrives at Venue - 4:00pm First Round Shuttle Return to Hotel - 9:00pm Last Round Shuttle Return to Hotel - 10:30pm We will have an extra shuttle following the reception to account for guests who may drink more than expected and don't feel comfortable driving home. All cars must be removed from the venue by 10:00am on Sunday, 5/3/26. Please make arrangements with friends/family or Uber to retrieve your vehicles and avoid risk of towing at the owner's expense.

Hampton Inn & Suites Denver/Highlands Ranch

We have a block of rooms reserved for our wedding guests - King or Double Queen rooms are available at $129/night. Rooms can be booked online at the link above or by calling the hotel at the number listed above and mentioning the Richman/Breen wedding. You are only able to book Friday and Saturday night at the online link - if you are planning to extend your stay for any additional nights, please call the hotel for booking. Half of the rooms in our hotel block have been released as it is less than 60 days from wedding day, and the remaining rooms will be released on April 2nd. Please book your rooms before this date if wanting to stay at the Hampton and receive the discounted rate! We will be hosting a complimentary brunch the morning after the wedding at this hotel for anyone interested in spending more time with the bride and groom and their families before leaving Colorado. If there are no rooms available when you try to book, let us know and we can reach out to our contact at the hotel to add extra rooms. There are additional hotels in the area if you're interested in a different room/hotel style.

Flight

Denver International Airport

This is the closest major airport to our venue and hotel block. The blocked hotel is approximately 35-40 minutes from DIA, and the venue is about 50 minutes from DIA. There are other hotel options available closer to the airport if preferred, however there are not blocked room rates available aside from the option listed below closer to the venue.

Colorado Springs Airport

The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is a smaller airport approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the blocked hotel and venue. Depending on your location, flights into this airport may be slightly cheaper than flying into DIA.
