Casual

Feel free to stop by on your way to your room to greet the bride & groom before the big day. No food/beverages will be provided at this event, but you can pick up a small refreshments bag prior to settling in for the night and mingle with the couple and other guests. We hope to see you then!

Richman/Breen Wedding

4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Semi-Formal

Our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue! Our ceremony will take place outside on the grounds of the golf club - walking in grass will be required to get to/from seating, golf cart transportation is available from the parking lot to the ceremony/reception space for those guests who are unable to walk longer distances. Cocktail hour is also outdoors with the reception taking place inside the clubhouse. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast as the wedding day approaches, as weather this time of year in Colorado can have a large range. In the event of severe weather, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Please refrain from wearing white, jeans, or athletic wear.

Brunch

9:00 am - 11:00 am

Casual

There will be light breakfast options with a coffee/beverage bar. Feel free to stop in any time from 9-11am, and staying for the entire time is not required! Only guests who designated “yes” on their RSVP form were included in the count for this event. The hotel additionally offers complimentary breakfast from 6am-10am for those guests leaving town early or wanting a wider variety of options.
