At this time, the Italian Government does not require a Travel Waiver Form to be filled out in order to enter the country. If this changes, we will send you the document to fill out. To be safe, please make sure your passport expires AFTER April, 2027.. The 6-month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another six months before you depart for international travel.
Although we love your children, we have chosen to make our special day an Adults-Only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the of the occasion. No guests under the age of 18 will be attending the wedding. We will have an on-site sitter to give all the kids a great party night for themselves.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invite as well as when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Again, our only hard rule is to not wear any white and to save that for the Bride and Groom. Ladies: Mid-length to Full-length dresses Gentlemen: Suits, Dress shirts, ties or bow ties. No white or cream suits. You can find some inspo on the "Guest Attire Inspo" tab!
The sooner the better for your flights! Please note that flights are only available 11 months in advance. Once we have all RSVP's, we will reach out and provide you with the hotel details for where you will be staying. The guests staying at our secondary location, will book directly through our wedding planner, as we have a block of rooms reserved specifically for our wedding. The guests staying at the venue with us will be booking through Rebecca and Tyler directly. Please stay tuned for more information once RSVP's are in.
If you are staying at the secondary hotel, we will have a shuttle on the Pizza Party evening as well as the Wedding day. Additionally, guests are welcome to rent their own cars in order to get to the Tuscany region. The region is beautiful and best explored via car. However, if you are not planning on renting a car, we will have a shuttle leaving from Florence on September 10th to drop off our guests in Chianti as well as Querceto.
To help us finalize plans, please ensure you RSVP by February 15, 2026. We’re unable to accommodate guests who haven’t responded by this date, so if you’re planning to join us, be sure to let us know by then!
The bar will be fully open during both the Welcome Party and the Wedding Day, with all drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) provided by us. If you choose to purchase any additional beverages or bottles of wine outside of these hosted events, please note that these will be at your own expense.
The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We ask that all guests arrive at the ceremony location by 4:00pm. If you are late, you will be kindly asked to not enter the ceremony space. Please wait and enter during cocktail hour!
All events are hosted outdoors in the beautiful gardens and vineyards of Querceto Di Castellina.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, which means no phones out and no photos. We want all guests to be fully present during this special time. When we look up, we want to see your smiling faces instead of your screens. Our hired professionals will be taking lots of photos during the ceremony. Feel free to take all the photos you would like, after the ceremony is complete!
We are so grateful for the effort you will be making to join us for our destination wedding, so your presence is enough for us!
