Maid of Honor
Rebecca’s long distance sorority sister from the University of Delaware. The two found out they lived in the next state over from the other and have kept getting closer since they were randomly matched up back in 2016. She is one of the most hardworking and caring people in the world. Truly a kismet connection, Rebecca couldn’t be more thankful for the universe for bringing the two together.
Best Man
Jimmy and Nick grew up playing junior golf before becoming college teammates at UConn. They lived together for two years at school and took (and went to most) the majority of their classes together.
Bridesmaid
Rebecca’s middle school best friend from IAR. The two met in Applied Physics and Engineering class and immediately connected, telling everyone they were cousins. Joan inspires her to work hard and laugh harder.
Groomsman
Mike and Nick moved down to the DC area at a similar time both joining Argyle Country Club. They play many rounds of golf together and enjoy watching and talking sports outside of golf.
Bridesmaid
Rebecca’s first roommate at UConn, the two connected instantly with a deep love for sleep, food, coffee, and pink sparkles. The blonde to Rebecca’s brunette, she reminds her that sometimes you just have to get the late night sweet treat.
Groomsman
Kevin and Nick grew up together becoming friends starting at Chaplin Elementary School and through high school at Parish Hill. Post college they have enjoyed visiting each other in New York and DC and spending time together when visiting home in Chaplin.
Bridesmaid
Also a sister of Pi Beta Phi at UDel and moving to DC after graduation, Brooke and Rebecca connected through a number of shared interests and similarities, including both being from Connecticut. The two have shared lots of food, drinks, laughs, and double dates. Brooke reminds her to enjoy the sunshine and sand.
Groomsman
Nick and Jonah met growing up together and went to high school separated by 2 years. Nick takes credit for getting Jonah into golf, his now profession, but remains confident he can beat him anytime he wants.
Bridesmaid
Rebecca’s long distance grand little through Pi Beta Phi at UDel, the two connected even further when Cassie decided to pursue speech-language pathology, bringing Cassie to DC, where the two often spend time together brunching and trying out new restaurants.
Groomsman
Nick and Dee met at a young age in Chaplin and played a variety of sports together both organized and made up at the Harrington house. The two still enjoy watching and talking sports and playing golf together.
Bridesmaid
Rebecca and Lindsey met through Irish dance and connected even further once they both joined Scoil Rince Luimni Irish Dance Academy when Rebecca was in college and Lindsey in high school. The two have enjoyed visiting each other throughout the US and have often found themselves in uncontrollable laughter.
Best Dog
Rebecca and Nick’s beloved and crazy 4.5 year old pup who they’ve had since 2021. Mac is a wild man with lots of personality and even more love for his pawrents.
Brother of the Bride
Rebecca’s younger brother of five years. The two have found increased joy in hanging out the older they get and have enjoyed visiting each other between Connecticut and DC. Joe reminds Rebecca to find and expand the kindest parts of herself as he is one of the kindest and most selfless people she knows.
Brother of the Groom
Nick’s younger brother by two years. The two enjoy bonding over UConn, their dogs, video games and the outdoors. Cory, very passionate about science and math ensures that Nick keeps learning.
Father of the Bride
Rebecca’s father, a first responder and firefighter of over 35 years, who has always encouraged her to follow her passions and be there for those in need. He has inspired her love of NCIS and trying new beers.
Father of the Groom
Nick’s dad who got him into the game of golf and all the other sports he enjoyed growing up. Nick enjoys having his dad caddy for him in competitive golf events and any other time they spend together.
Mother of the Bride
Rebecca’s mother who has always encouraged her to dream big. Having worked in special education and volunteering with Cake4Kids, she has inspired Rebecca’s love for others through her never-ending creativity and passion.
Mother of the Groom
Nick’s mom, who is just as passionate about UConn basketball. Stephanie enjoys running, biking, hiking and any other exercising activity.
Grandfather of the Bride - Birthday Boy
Rebecca’s maternal grandfather, a firefighter of over 60 years who will be celebrating his 87th birthday at their wedding. Rebecca remains inspired by his unwavering dedication to the people and things that he loves.
Grandfather of the Groom
Nick’s maternal grandfather. Nick always relies on his Grandpa John for advice and perspective in all aspects of life. The two have a very common love for desserts and sweets of all different kinds.
Grandmother of the Bride
Rebecca’s maternal grandmother who has inspired her love of animals and breakfast tea. Rebecca hopes to have even half of her creativity, green-thumb, and warm nature.
Grandmother of the Groom
Nick’s maternal grandmother. Her love for her grandchildren and kindness towards all people is always evident. The two enjoy talks of history and their experiences whenever together.

Rebecca’s paternal grandmother who inspires her to give back to her community and encourages her to learn about and honor her heritage.
Grandmother of the Groom
Nick’s paternal grandmother. The two always enjoy being together and especially all the time spent in sunny Florida. They particularly enjoyed experiencing Grandpa’s quirks and stubbornness together.
Grandfather of the Bride
Rebecca’s paternal grandfather. He has encouraged her continued learning of new skills from a young age and inspired her to work alongside him and her dad on home projects including roofing, decking, and kitchen remodeling.
Grandfather of the Groom - In Memorium
Grandpa Pat was Nick’s biggest golf supporter. They enjoyed everything from card games to going out to Grandpa Pat’s favorite restaurants in both Florida and back home in Northeast Connecticut.
Officiant
Rebecca and Nick met Will in DC when he first started dating Rebecca’s bridesmaid, Brooke, who is now his fiancée. The four of them have enjoyed volleyball, beach trips, ice cream, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic brews together and hope to one day have a beach house for continued memory making. Will is a man full of love, kindness, and humor, and couldn’t be a better pick for Rebecca and Nick’s officiant.
