Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. We are planning to have after-wedding drinks in downtown Hartford and will be staying in the Hartford area, however, have also included hotels close to our venue in nearby Cromwell and Rocky Hill.
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed in your formal invitation. Similarly, children invited to the wedding will be included in your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! We welcome formal dress and bright colors, this is a celebration of course! Men are welcome to suits and ties. Women are welcome to ankle and floor length dresses or other similar formal attire. Kindly avoid white. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on mixed surface of grass and pavers respectively. We will be having an unplugged ceremony and ask that you keep your phone away throughout the duration of the ceremony as we have hired professional photographers to capture these moments. We will have a photo minute that will be announced by our officiant so you may capture a quick snap on your personal device but again, ask that your phone remains away prior to and following this time. Yes, we are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance. There is also space to provide this information at time of RSVP.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Please remember to drink responsibly!
Yes, we have a wedding registry! You can find all the details on the Registry page of our website. As we have established our life and home in Washington, D.C., we have many items typically listed on registries. We do have items available for your kind purchase and support, however, we do also have monetary donation locations to support us in our travels and memory-making! Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. The earliest that the venue will allow guests to arrive is 4:00 PM as vendors will likely be providing finishing touches. We are hoping the weather will be nice so we can have our ceremony outside behind the clubhouse. When you get to the clubhouse, do not go in the front entrance but rather, walk down the path on the right side to get to our ceremony space.
Our ceremony will still take place at TPC River Highlands and will move indoors.
Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft are our #1 recommendation for safety and efficiency. There is also plenty of parking at our venue, TPC River Highlands, which you are more than welcome to use. Please note that the driveway is quite long and in a residential area. You will see a sign for TPC River Highlands once you are in the correct parking area. There are wheelchair accessible parking spots located near the entrance of the clubhouse. Please note that TPC allows overnight parking should you need to leave your car, but ask that your car be parked to the left of the clubhouse, near the 18th hole.
To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by August 8, 2026 so we can plan accordingly! If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will kindly mark you as declining.
Please kindly RSVP by AUGUST 8, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will take this as a declination and mark you as unable to attend. This is due to strict deadlines for our venue and vendors. Thank you for understanding.
