SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

FRIDAY, May 1 Haldi Ceremony (Outdoor) 📍 The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, Fireside Terrace 🕙 Begins at 10:00 AM Shuttles: Pick-Up from North Star: 9:45 AM, 10:15 AM, 10:45AM Return: 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM Sangeet (Outdoor) 📍 Austin Ridge 🕓 Begins at 5:00PM Please note: There is no parking available at the Sangeet. All guests must take the provided shuttles unless pre-approved. If you miss the Shuttle, we encourage you to take an Uber or request a driver from the Ritz-Carlton lobby. Shuttles (from Ritz & Northstar): Pick-Up: 4:15 PM (If you cannot make 4:15, then there is a delayed shuttle at 5:45, but we strongly suggest the 4:15 to make the most of the event.) Return: 8:30 PM, 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM Timing may vary slightly based on capacity and travel time. SATURDAY, May 2 Phera Ceremony (Outdoor) 📍 The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, The Meadows 🕙 Begins at 10:00 AM Shuttles: Pick-Up: 9:45 AM, 10:15 AM, 10:45AM (Please note, festivities begin at 10AM) Return: 12:00PM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 1:30PM Reception (Indoor) 📍 The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, The Ritz Ballroom 🕕 Begins at 6:00 PM Shuttles: Pick-Up: 5:45 PM, 6:15 PM, 6:45 PM Return: Every 30 minutes from 10:00 PM – 1:30 AM 🚌 Shuttle Pick-Up Locations (for all events): • Northstar: Bus Transit Loop (outside the movie theater) – [https://maps.app.goo.gl/GYuW3g2PcUABSgX3A] • Ritz-Carlton: Main Lobby Valet Loop – [https://maps.app.goo.gl/PHt3rDTDXTF6FFybA] Please plan to arrive a few minutes early, as shuttles will depart promptly.

Airports

There are a number of airport options to reach Tahoe. The closest options are Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) at a 45 minute drive away and Sacramento International Airport (SMF) at about 1.5-2H. More flight options can be found at San Francisco-Bay Area airports (3-4H drive) like San Francisco International (SFO), Oakland Airport (OAK), and San Jose International (SJC).
