Yosemite National Park
Yosemite in early May offers spectacular waterfalls and lush, green scenery due to snowmelt, with pleasant daytime temperatures but cold nights. It's an excellent time for hiking in Yosemite Valley, but be aware that high-elevation areas like Tioga and Glacier Point Roads may still be closed, and some higher trails could have snow.
