Are extra layers needed?

Answer

In early May, Lake Tahoe's average high temperature is typically in the 50s to low 60s °F, with lows dipping into the 30s and 40s °F . We highly recommend bringing jackets and coats and track the weather as we get closer to the event.

When should we fly in?

Answer

We would be delighted for you to join us for all four events throughout the weekend. Each gathering is planned with intention, and your presence would mean so much to us. We recommend arriving on April 30th and departing on May 3rd.

Will there be vegetarian food options?

Answer

Absolutely! Plenty of vegetarian options will be available at all events.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When we collect RSVPs we will ask for any additional food restrictions/intolerances.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is Valet parking at the Ritz Lake Tahoe if needed.

Can I drive to the Sangeet Venue?

Answer

There is extremely limited parking available on site at the Sangeet Venue which will be used by our vendors. We request guests to take shuttles that we will provide. Shuttles will run throughout the evening to and from the Ritz & Northstar Village. Please reach out if you have any concerns on the transportation for this event.
