So the wedding ceremony + reception are at the same place?

Answer

Yes, the wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at The Station at 28 Event Space. There will be a time gap in between the ceremony and reception so the room can be flipped and magically transformed into the reception while the bridal party is cruising around downtown taking pictures. But don't worry, we have you covered on what you can do in that "in between time!"

What do I do in between the wedding ceremony + reception?

Answer

We've got you covered! Please allow time for the venue to get reception ready + and for us to take pictures. While that is happening, here are 5 things you can do: + Go on a FREE tour of Boulevard Brewing Co. + Take a FREE tour of Roasterie Coffee Co. + Enjoy some chips + salsa (and maybe a margarita) at one of the delicious Mexican restaurants down the road. (Our favorites - El Patron, Margaritas, Ponak's) + Visit Union Station and take in the history of the building (It's one of our favorite buildings in KC!) + Check-in to your hotel and get settled. Set up shuttle service, Uber, Lyft, whatever you prefer for the night!

There is plenty of parking at the venue and we will even have two parking attendants that will direct you to where you need to go! Also, it's FREE!
